Travelling By Coach, Charter Bus or Organised Tour Group

ALL COACHES MUST PRE-REGISTER THEIR ATTENDANCE.
Due to the nature of this event we are expecting a large number of coaches in the Moore Park Precinct for each performance of the Edinburgh Military Tattoo. All coaches carrying passengers who hold tickets to the Tattoo MUST pre-register their attendance.

A purpose designed "Spectator Coach Operation Plan" (SCOP) has been introduced by the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust in conjunction with the NSW Police and Roads and Traffic Authority for the Edinburgh Military Tattoo. The SCOP will greatly improve the spectators experience whilst they attend the Tattoo.

The key points of the SCOP are:

1. All coaches or vehicles with seating for 24 persons or more must pre-register their attendance using the Official EMT Coach Registration Form.
2. A vehicle permit will be issued upon registration. This must be displayed on the left hand side of the vehicle windscreen.
3. You will be provided with an entry route that you must follow to enter the Moore Park Precinct.
4. The entry route will detail the parking location where you must park your coach.
5. Due to space restrictions, luggage trailers are not permitted.
6. Registration closes Monday 25th January 2010.

The purpose of the SCOP is to permit your coach to enter the precinct, park of the road, allow passengers to disembark and then re-embark at the end of the performance in the same location.

NO COACHES WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE PRECINCT TO DROP OFF OR PICK-UP PASSENGERS WITHOUT PRE-REGISTRATION.

Steps to registering your coach:

1. Click here to download the Official EMT Coach Registration Form
2. Complete ALL details on the form
3. Save a copy of the form for your records
4. Return the form via email or post (email preferred)

A separate form for each coach/vehicle must be completed. E.g. If you are providing (5) coaches five (5) forms must be completed. Upon receipt of registration form you will be sent further information regarding your registration.
